4. Booking & Payments

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made 48 hours before scheduled work may be eligible for a refund (excluding any non-refundable deposits or material costs). Refunds are at the discretion of management and based on project stage.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate access to the installation area and remove any obstacles (furniture, pets, debris, etc.) prior to scheduled work. Delays caused by unprepared spaces may result in rescheduling or added charges.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including logos, designs, text, and media is the property of San Diego Prime Turf or used with proper license. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. Warranties & Limitations

Our turf products may carry manufacturer warranties, and workmanship is guaranteed for a specified period. Natural wear, misuse, or neglect is not covered under warranty.
